The New
REDSHIFT
A PHENOMENON CAUSED BY THE JULIEN EFFECT
What is BlueShift The New RedShift?
It was believed that the entire universe consisted of the Milky Way galaxy. But, in 1923 Dr. Edwin Hubble, using the newly constructed 100” telescope at the Mount Wilson Observatory discovered that there are many more galaxies that exist far beyond our own.
As Hubble searched deeper and deeper into the universe, he found that the galaxies (except for a few nearby galaxies), have their spectral lines shifted toward the red end of the spectrum and the farther away a galaxy is the more its spectral lines are shifted towards the red end of the spectrum. The Doppler Effect was immediately seized upon as evidence that the universe is expanding. And, to top it off, the farther away a galaxy is, the faster away from us it is moving.
Astronomer Fred Hoyle, coined the phrase the Big Bang. The Big Bang implies that everything came from a single primordial atom that exploded and sent material flying in every direction. No explanation as to how that could happen has ever been offered.
Edwin Hubble, along with his colleagues from Caltech, (Fritz Zwicky and Richard Tolman to name just a couple) pointed out that, no matter in what direction one looks in space they will see galaxies moving away which implies that the earth is at the center of the universe. Hubble, and his colleagues felt that such a favored position was unwelcome.
Today, the most distant galaxies are moving away from us at faster than the speed of light. All because of redshift.
There have been several additional requirements that have been made in order to save the Big Bang theory. One of them is what’s called an Inflationary Period that was suggested to save the theory from what’s known as the “horizon problem.” The Inflationary Period required that much of the matter created during the Big Bang had to “inflate” at an impossibly fast rate, with the matter traveling 13 billion light years in one decillionth of a second. This is what the astrophysicists came up with in order to save the theory.
Think back to what Nikola Tesla said:
“Today’s scientists have substituted mathematics for experiments, and they wander off through equation after equation, and eventually build a structure which has no relation to reality.”
Many concessions have been made to save the Big Bang. Edwin Hubble and his colleagues, came to the conclusion that the universe is static (stationary) and, on page 201 of his book THE REALM OF THE NEBULAE he wrote: On the other hand, if the interpretation as velocity shifts (expansion) is abandoned, we find in the redshifts a hitherto unrecognized principle whose implications are unknown.
Many years ago, I stumbled onto Edwin Hubble’s unrecognized principle. It is none other than a law previously discovered by Isaac Newton: The Conservation of Angular Momentum.
A perfect example of this law is to watch a figure skater do a spin. While spinning, they begin to draw in their outstretched leg and raise their arms above their head. As they do this they begin to spin faster and faster until they become a blur. This law, or principle, operates at all levels, from the atomic level all the way to the galactic level and beyond.
Newton’s law is the “unrecognized principle” that Hubble and his colleagues were searching for. Although they never did find it they knew what characteristics it must have. The most important characteristic to understand was why light that arrives from distant galaxies appears to be slowing down. Or what Hubble and his colleagues referred to as “tired light”. The key word here is “appears”.
Below is a clipping from the February 1948 TIME Magazine. This is one of the last articles written about Hubble when he was still alive. In fact, he was on the cover of the magazine.
There’s an important footnote I believe is worth sharing. I hired a film studio to make the film for YouTube that you’ll see listed on this site. The owner of the studio, Jonathan Bryant, while filming the last portion of the video, was watching a tiny beam of light as it was travelling from one side of the 16-foot board to the other side. The tiny beam was catching up to a tiny beam of light which had been emitted earlier. He looked at me and said, (with no prompting from me), “That first beam of light looks like it’s getting tired.” I told him that Edwin Hubble had been searching for an explanation for “tired light”. In that instant, Jonathan Bryant realized that the presentation he was filming had just successfully simulated Edwin Hubble’s “tired light” theory.
Simply put old light never gets “tired” it’s just that the new light is more vigorous!

About Mike Ruud
I was born in 1950 in Minneapolis, Minnesota. I have no formal training in Cosmology, although I’ve spent the last 39 years researching a cosmological theory that I’d stumbled onto in 1985. I’m of average intelligence, so it seems as if my only redeeming quality is a profound stubbornness which has allowed me to carry on for all these years.
Early on I realized that there was a slim possibility that the discovery I’d made not only could replace the Big Bang theory, but it also had a chance of shedding light on the study of cancer. It was the knowledge that everything involved with this new theory takes place at the atomic level and likewise, cancer operates at the atomic level. But the most encouraging thing of all was the knowledge that this effect, nicknamed The Julien Effect, could never be discovered on earth. It requires the act of comparing present day spectrums of light to spectrums that are millions of years old. That and that alone that kept me going. After all, does anyone really have the right to turn their back on such a possibility? Especially if they are the only person who is aware of it!
Now, all these years later I’m fully convinced that this discovery is real. It is the “unrecognized principle” that Edwin Hubble and his colleagues from Caltech had predicted to exist. That “unrecognized” principle was originally discovered by Isaac Newton. It is: The Conservation of Angular Momentum. This law more correctly explains the phenomena that causes what appears to be an expanding universe, but in reality, is a stationary universe.
Having said that, I hope to convince you (rather than persuade you) that this is true. A film that simulates this has just been released on YouTube. It is titled: Blueshift The New Redshift.
It is the Conservation of Angular Momentum that’s responsible for this effect, and this effect has been nick-named The Julien Effect, which, will hopefully replace the Doppler Effect.
Sincerely,
Michael Ruud

Could the universe actually be far younger than any secular astronomer could imagine? This little book powerfully and with wonderful insight reveals a secret that has stared scientists in the face ever since Hubble first discovered our galaxy is only one of an innumerable multitude. The secret is tied up in the force of gravity working imperceptibly on electrons as they orbit their atoms. Who would have guessed something so seemingly insignificant might (with time) produce such profound effects? But there’s more to the story. Could the dendritic patterns that show up so repeatedly in nature actually reveal the pattern the Creator used in bringing the universe into existence? Could it be, that after all is said and done, the very “tree of Life” first mentioned way back in Genesis, is evident throughout the universe; elegantly testifying to the truth to anyone who wants to see it? The case Michael Ruud brings together will leave chills up your spine as he masterfully draws scientific facts to their logical and inescapable conclusion.

Hubbles Cosmology
We analyze the views of Edwin Hubble (1889–1953) as regards the large scale structure of the universe.
Science: Look Upward
Meanwhile, he will look for evidence that the "red shift" does not indicate speed but is due to some other effect, such as light getting "tired." Hubble does not expect such evidence, but will welcome it if he finds it. Tired light, he thinks, would be a discovery quite as sensational as the exploding universe.
